Formula 256 Ingredients

Update:Oct 23, 2011. Formula 256 is now being researched and the data is non conclusive at this time. It may be a few months before we could offer Formula 256 to the international market and it will be a new version with a new set of ingredients with lab tests to determine any effectiveness.
At this stage it is clear that Formula 256 is not a replacement for standard drug therapies or should be used as such. Formula 256 is a “Nutritional Supplement” without any therapeutic claim. At the present there is an integrative research study underway to see if Formula 256 can compliment standard malarial drug therapies but the preliminary finding are not published and need further testing to be conclusive. All promotional material is destroyed and any misleading packaging is refundable directly from Tom Coghill.
This is not the end but the beginning of doing this right, with every “t” crossed and “i” doted.
I have ran hard in a relay race with a baton in my hand that has now been handed over to people with the power and knowledge push ahead.

We are grateful of a test at St. Louis University on cancer that came to this conclusion – “the sample has no direct cytotoxicity towards cancer cells.”

At present Formula 256 is only available through the research organization for testing of complimentary value and nutritional support to present malarial drugs. The product production and distribution was transferred to local groups in August 2011. At present, the government representatives of the Province of Madang are verbally stating support for a holistic treatment component to the primary care system, yet nothing is official as yet.

Formula 256 – Ingredient Benefits

Whole Lemons Juice (juiced with rinds and seeds)

Lemons are one of the most highly alkalising foods. Lemon juice is ideal to prevent and treat blood and tissue related acidosis. Infections cause an imbalance of the natural Acid-Alkaline system in the organism. This acidosis delays (or stops) the healing process of infections. Therefore it is very important to have an alkaline basic compound. The rind from lemon contains essential oil. It stimulated white blood cells and thus increases your ability to fight diseases. Lemon oil is effective against infectious related diseases such as fever, malaria and typhoid. The compounds of the seeds are a help to reduce fever.

Whole lemons juice stimulates Natural Killer Cells (NK-Cells) production and is a natural boost for our immune system, because NK-Cells are a type of lymphocyte (a white blood cell) and a component of innate immune system.

Parasites and chronic infections can increase the stress hormones cortisol, adrenaline, nor-adrenaline. This reaction decreases the immune system. The stimulation of Natural Killer Cells reduces high levels of stress hormones.

Native PNG Ginger The gingerols help to eliminate of toxins. Toxins wear your immune system down so that it cannot function property. Ginger increases the energy production, called Adenosine-5′-Triphosphate (ATP) in the organism. ATP is essential in a variety of cellular functions. It is known it is the main energy source for cells, via transportation of chemical energy into cells. In addition, all immune functions are supported.

Ginger also stimulates production of the main antioxidant enzyme Glutathione peroxidase. This detoxification related enzyme improves the liver function and binds toxins.  The compounds of ginger inhibit the malaria parasite.

Ginger works against Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pheumoniae, Streptococcus spp., and the Salmonella spp. Researchers discovered that all 42 components in ginger essential oil kill roundworms, among other parasites.

Garlic It has antioxidant properties to protect against oxidation caused by parasites toxins and it has a cocktail of compounds like Ajoene, Allicin and an organic sulphur complex that works than immunmodulator. We must know, that all chronic infections sustain the inflammatory response by stimulating an increase in the production

of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Garlic controlled the pro-inflammatory cytokines.

About 80 percent of your immune system is located in your digestive tract.

Garlic also promotes the growth of probiotic bacteria like lactobacillus. It has a strengthening effect on the intestinal barrier and a reduction in potentially pathogenic bacteria in our intestinal system.

Garlic is antibacterial and works against Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Proteus, Pseudomonas, Mycobacterium as well as species associated with diarrhea (Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella and Bacillus subtulis) Besides garlic is antifungal and it works against Candida, Cryptococcus, Trichophytoni and it is antiparasitic and kills Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba histolytica, Trypanosomes and Leishmania. By the way garlic has an antiviral activity against Influenza A and B, Rhinovirus, Cytomegalovirus, Rotavirus, Herpes simplex virus and Epstein-barr virus (EBV). It contains Allicin making garlic the most popular natural alternatives to pharmaceutical antibiotics. It kills intestinal parasites/worms such as hook worms, whip worms, pine worms, roundworms, amoebae or tapeworms. The herbal Malaria Cure 256 contains lots herbs and spices. Garlic is only one part of them. Nevertheless, you can see that the selected mixing is very powerful.

Cumin It stimulated bone marrow and immune cells, specifically T8 and NK-cells. Cumin contains the compound, thymoquinone, that protects against bacterial sepsis, according to a report at February 2011 published in the journal “International Immunopharmacology”. Also it has an antimalarial activity, according to a study published in the December 2010 “Parasitology Research” journal. Curmin was more effective than the anti malaria drug chloroquine. Besides curmin destroys intestinal worms and kills cholera and E. Coli. Cumin works against Aspergillus and Penicillum ssp., Candida spp.,

Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus aureus.  Curcumin, one main compound from Turmeric exhibits antiviral activity against numerous viruses, including human papillomavirus virus (HPV), influenza virus, Hepatitis B virus (HBV), Hepatitis C virus (HCV), adenovirus, coxsackievirus and Herpes simplex 1 (HSV-1).

Papaya Seeds Proteolytic enzymes like papain and chymopapain to modulate the immune system.  Papaya seeds are more effective than the papaya fruit, because it`s protein-digesting enzymes and glycosides like caricin and carpaine help kill worms.  In one study, researchers found that a mixture of honey and papaya seeds cleared stools of parasites in 23 out of 30 subjects. Papaya antibacterial properties and are effective against E.coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus infection.

Papaya Leaves In many areas of the world papaya is used as a vermifuge, anthelmintic and amoebacide that eliminates worms and other parasites. The papaya leaf contains the enzymes papain and chymopapain and several nutrients like beta carotene, vitamin C, E and minerals like magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc and manganese. The papaya leaf has less enzymes than the fruit so it is less likely to “dissolve” the worms, but it contains tannins that the papaya fruit does not. Tannins protect the intestine from re-infection by “tanning” proteins in the lining of the intestinal wall so that worms cannot attach themselves. Fresh papaya leaves are a strong natural medicine for malaria. Papaya leaves can be used to heal open wounds. Also it has anti-inflammatory properties and the compounds in papaya leaves are a great boost for the immune system

Turmeric It has been shown to activate host macrophages and NK-cells. It modulates the cellular response to immunotherapeutic cytokines. Turmeric is known as a strong antioxidant and it’s anti-inflammatory effect.

Formula 256 Overview

Formula 256 is designed to be an anti-parasitic formulation providing a  profile of nutrients that compliment therapeutic effectiveness. Formula 256 combines a wide range of herbs, minerals, vitamins and organic compounds intended to have a synergistic effect through boosting the immune system and increasing blood levels of anti-parasitic compounds. Substances that have a marginal impact on the malaria parasite in combination maybe attacking the malaria parasite from many sources creating a synergistic impact.  The formula combines non-toxic, health building substances that may have a positive impact on malaria, chosen due to clinic research, historical usage, or anecdotal information.

Formula 256 was not intended to be a replacement for medical treatment or recognized malaria drugs. The use of herbs for first line defense, has risks. Read disclaimer.

Malaria and degenerative disease have increased as cultures have increased consumption of nutritional degraded western foods, such as noodles, processed oils, white sugar and flour.  A reduction of nutrition makes the body more susceptible to infection; therefore, formula 256 contains a wide spectrum of nutrients that provide a short-term nutritional boost to the body’s healing capacity.

Formula 256 is designed to be a nutritional support and makes no claims of being a cure of any disease. From personal experience, I have witnessed Formula 256 appears to consistently eliminate the majority of malaria symptoms in less than 20 minutes.  But although I cannot state the research findings as they are not published, it is clear to me in the first tests that what appears as a reduction of symptoms does not indicate clearance under the microscope. Whether there is value in Formula 256 in combination with present malaria drugs is the question being researched or can a botanical formula be designed for that purpose. Two of the most common malarial drugs are derived from herbs. This may indicate that due to the complex defenses of the malaria parasite that botanical compounds may be more effective as the molecules structures are more complex.

Myrtle

Myrtle (Myrtus Communis) is a tender evergreen shrub with dense dark green leaves, which are about 5cm (2″) in length and lance shaped. The leaves have a sweet, spicy and aromatic fragrance when crushed or bruised. In late spring and summer the shrub is covered in wonderfully scented flowers that are creamy white, and look very exotic. The flowers are followed by blue-purple berries.

The leaves have astringent and antiseptic properties. Rarely used medicinally , but a leaf decoction may be applied exernally to bruises and hemorrhoids. Myrtle Essential Oil inhibits infections, being a bactericidal, germicidal, fungicidal and anti viral. It also helps cure infections in stomach and intestines and helps stop diarrhea. Myrtle has been conventionally used to treat coughs, bronchitis and other respiratory infections. The astringent properties of myrtle have also earned the reputation for promoting good digestion, treating urinary tract disorders, and preventing wound infections. Recent laboratory studies suggest that the herb contains anti-inflammatory substances, making it a viable astringent compound. This finding accounts for the plant’s enduring popularity as a wound and cough treatment.

Mullein Herbal Parasite

The herb is woolly in appearance and belongs to the Scrophulariaceae family of plants. The large and hairy leaves of the common mullein form a rosette or a rose-shaped decoration just above the ground. In the spring of the second year, the plant gives rise to a tall stem from the leaves and it grows to a height of approximately four feet. When combined with water, the fiber in mullein produces a slippery substance called mucilage, which coats and soothes the throat and intestine.

Historical Medicinal Usage

Mullein boasts an illustrious history as a favored herbal remedy and, consequently, has found use in all manner of disorders. Its traditional uses have generally focused on the management of respiratory disorders where it was used to treat asthma, coughs, tuberculosis and related respiratory problems. However, in its various forms, the plant has been used to treat hemorrhoids, burns, bruises and gout. Preparations of the plant have been ingested, applied topically and smoked. The yellow flowers had once been used as a source of yellow hair dye. In Appalachia, the plant has been used to treat colds and the boiled root administered for croup. Leaves were applied topically to soften and protect the skin. An oil derived from the flowers has been used to soothe earaches.

Since antiquity mankind has used the velvety Mullein plant, which was prescribed by the Greek physician, Dioscorides, for respiratory ailments, a therapeutic use that continues to this day. Mullein is the plant that Ulysses took with him on his legendary voyage to protect himself against the wiles of the enchantress, Circe; and in Rome, General Agrippa said the fragrance would overpower demons. The Romans also used it as a hair rinse and carried the stem as a torch in religious processions. In Europe and Asia, Mullein is said to have the power of driving away evil spirits and magic. In folklore, Mullein torches were said to repel witches, but paradoxically, witches also used the herb in their brews and potions. Frequently used as a lampwick, another of its uses was to keep thinly shod feet warm in winter. Native Americans used Mullein to cure dysentery and, oddly, to paralyze fish, making them easier to catch. Long used in herbal medicine, Mullein Leaves were included in the National Formulary from 1916 through 1936.

Mullein Health Benefits

Mullein leaf is a great natural immune-booster. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, mullein leaf may also relieve earache, inflammation, and to alleviate toothache. Applied topically, it may soothe various skin problems like minor rashes, burns and inflammation.

One of the primary uses of Mullein has been to remedy respiratory problems, such as chronic bronchitis, asthma, croup, and other breathing difficulties. It is a fine expectorant that stimulates the cough reflex, clearing out congestion, and expelling excess respiratory phlegm and mucus. It also soothes and tones the mucous membranes of the respiratory system and reduces inflammation. The mucilage in Mullein lubricates the throat and lungs, even as it promotes expectoration, easing the bronchial passages, throat irritation and laryngitis.

Another use for the mullein flower is as an astringent. The plant is said to contain some soothing compounds that help relieve pain. A decoction from the leaves and flowers of the herb has gained a reputation for soothing earaches. The mullein flower’s astringent qualities also explain why it has been used internally as treatment for diarrhea. Also, the plant was used as a salve to encourage healing in wounds and hemorrhoids.

This Essential Oil of Mullein is also capable of reducing fever by fighting the infections causing fever. The diuretic properties of this oil also contribute to this effect, since removal of toxins and wastes from the body speeds up recovery from infection. Mullein may even be capable of expelling parasites, such as worms, from the intestinal tract.

Mullein Dosage

A tea prepared with dehydrated mullein flowers or leaves is medicinally useful and widely recommended for treating coughs and bronchial exasperations. To prepare this tea add one to two teaspoons of dehydrated mullein leaves or flowers to 250 ml or one cup of boiling water and allow it to soak for 10 to 15 minutes. Normally, it is recommended to take the tea three to four times daily. But if you prefer the tincture prepared with the dry mullein leaves or flowers, take one to four ml of it three to four times daily. Even the dried flowers and leaves may be taken in proportion of one to two grams three times every day. Normally, mullein is blended with other demulcent (a substance that relieve inflamed skin or mucous membranes) or expectorant herbs as a remedy for coughs and bronchial pain.

Precaution

Mullein is generally a safe herb to use even during pregnancy and nursing. There have been reports of skin irritation, mostly from the tiny hairs that cover all parts of the plant except the roots. The diuretic actions of mullein may cause drug interactions with analgesics, hypoglycemic drugs, and corticosteroids. The narcotic nature of mullein seeds are toxic and have been use to stun fish. Do not put mullein oil or anything in an ear that has a ruptured eardrum. Have a licensed practitioner do an ear examination first.

Horseradish Herbal Parasite

The plant has an extended, white colored tuberous root that gives rise to a stem that is two to three feet in height. The stem of the plant appears in the second year of its existence. The plant is propagated by root division and once a few cuttings are planted, they grow quickly and spread over a large area Horseradish (Armoracia rusticana) is a strong seasoning successfully used in phytotherapy. Because of its spicy flavor. It contains glocusinolates, which are hydrolyzed during drying to yield phenylethyl isothiocyanate and allyl isothiocyanate. The root also contains the enzymes peroxidase, coumarins and phenolic acid.

The word “horseradish” first appeared in print in 1597 in John Gerard’s English herbal on medicinal plants. A different view is that this herb was first called “harsh” radish because its volatile oils were bitter on the tongue. The word “horseradish” is believed to denote large size and coarseness, while “radish” comes from the Latin radix, meaning root.

Horseradish Historical Medicinal Usage

Today, horseradish is a much undervalued herbal medicine having many healing properties. It has the ability to stimulate the digestion, promote sweating thereby lowering fevers, loosen phlegm and move it out of the system, and rid the body of many harmful organisms. It is especially effective for colds and bronchitis, and urinary or gastrointestinal infections. Ground fresh horseradish mixed with a little honey and added to a cup of hot water is a time-honoured cough remedy. It is also effective in strengthening the stomach, but it does contain certain oils that can irritate stomach ulcers.

When horseradish is crushed, a component called sinigrin produces allyl isothiocyanate, an antibiotic substance, making it a good remedy for respiratory and urinary tract infections. A sandwich with freshly grated root is a home remedy for hay fever. The large leaves are often used as an addition to salads. Externally, a poultice can be used to soothe chilblains. The herb is a good rubefacient, stimulating blood flow and bringing it to the surface of the skin and turning it red, necessary in healing. However, care must be taken not to do more damage to the flesh as it can cause blistering if not handled properly. This gentle action is beneficial for relieving joint and muscle pain by creating warmth and stimulating circulation in the area. It acts as a counterirritant, which interferes with the transmission of pain messages from peripheral nerves to the brain. A tea can be made from the solution remaining after grated horseradish has steeped in vinegar for a week. This can also be used as a condiment. Horseradish is also used as a water purifier.

Horseradish Health Benefits

Although horseradish is presently underrated as a therapeutic herb, the plant possesses several remedial features. Use of this herb robustly invigorates the digestive system by enhancing absorption of foods consumed, augmenting the secretion of gastric juices as well as improving appetite. In addition, horseradish is an effective diuretic agent and endorses sweating. Hence, the use of the herb is beneficial during fever conditions, colds and influenza.

The traditional uses for this healing root also include relieving coughs, sinus infections, asthma, and bronchitis. As an overall stimulant, this plant has a number of positive effects on the respiratory system. It is an expectorant; it encourages the body to eliminate excess mucous, which is generally the culprit of respiratory infections. Horseradish root stimulates the opening of air pathways for better breathing. It is also a potent antibacterial agent, cleansing the throat, mouth, and lungs of bacterial infection.

As a hemetic, horseradish tones and supports the liver, helping this vital organ eliminate waste from the body and increasing the production of bile. Eating horseradish also has an overall stimulatory effect on the immune system.

Horseradish is very low in calories and fat; but contains good amounts of dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants. The active principles in the root found to have anti-inflammatory, diuretic (increase urine output), nerve soothing effects. It is a potent gastric stimulant; increases appetite, and aids in digestion. The components in the root activate salivary, gastric, and intestinal glands to secrete digestive enzymes, thereby facilitate digestion. Horseradish has good amounts of vitamin-C which is a powerful water soluble anti-oxidant. Vitamin C helps alleviate viral infections by boosting immunity. In addition, it helps remove harmful free radicals from the body and protects it from cancers, inflammation, infections etc.The root spice has some of vital minerals in moderation like sodium, potassium, manganese, iron, copper, zinc, and magnesium. Iron is an important co-factor for cytochrome-oxidase enzymes during cellular metabolism. It is also required for red blood cell production in the bone marrow. Being an important component of cell and body fluids, potassium helps control heart rate and blood pressure. Manganese is used by the body as a co-factor for the powerful antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase. In addition, it has small amounts of essential vitamins such as folate, vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine), riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid.
